Chocolate Creations in Paris Show

This is a sampling of images taken from a chocolate show held in Paris recently. Everything from the Choco-Eiffel Tower, to chocolate apple skirts, to a pair of chocolate shoes - some tasty creations to say the least. You really have to check out the full size images to see the details put into these amazing wearable works of art. Two-Fer

Heads Up - This post has absolutely nothing to do with a Redneck's Tooth, although I bet I've posted pictures of some before - OR - the site I'm going to mention probably has some!

I haven't been able to work lately because of the after-effects of Hurricane Ike, and for some reason, my roommate's proxy setup is filtering traffic such that I can't connect to hostmonster to work on my websites, so I have quite a bit of free time to surf the net and find WEIRD and INTERESTING stuff!


WEIRD - My gallery for Tardigrades, also known as "moss piglets" or "water bears." They can survive almost anything - super resilient creatures!




INTERESTING - A post about Socotra Island - quite possibly the oddest landscape on Earth. Great pictures and interesting factoids about the place you have to "see to believe!" It really does look like a scene right out of a Dr. Seuss book.



I am working on some other things, and maybe I'll get to post about them in the next couple days. We'll see! Until then, enjoy what's left of your week!

Need A Nice Wallpaper?

There are literally hundreds of great high-resolution wallpapers in this collection (788 I believe, to be exact). Naturally, it takes a while for them all to load, so you might want to open the window in the background while you're doing other things, then come back to peruse and download your favorites. As the old adage would have it, there's something in there for everyone, and I'm so sure of it, that if you HONESTLY can't find something you think is visually appealing in there, I'll give you 128 EC credits (I have the sneaking suspicion that my credits are very safe!).
