Ah, I was trying to come up with a fitting and catchy title for probably a week now, and wasn't sure I'd be able to pull it off, but at the last minute, when it came down to poop or get off the pot...there it was!

Better Than Being On American Airlines

To the theme of "The Brady Bunch:" Here's the story...of a lovely lady...who was flying home from school one holiday...

I don't know if that's the real story, but it made for a nice little jingle! Here's what I'm talking about: Could I have a blanket and a pillow too?

See, and you thought having to spend time with your family (including in-laws) for part of the day was bad!

Blonde Math

Maybe this is a little too soon, after some people were apparently offended by a comment I made in my previous post, but in reality, the two aren't connected at all, because as the joke goes, (Why are blonde girls' belly buttons black and blue? Because,) blonde boys are stupid too! Sorry, I'm sure to get some backlash for that, but this is clearly only a mild blonde joke. :-p

I found the picture through a funny pictures and videos site, on another different funny pictures site, then I modified it a little to make it seem more logical to me (math minor and all). :-p

Tuesday Tickle For A Tiny Titter

Slightly modified from the original e-mail forward. I can't remember reading this one before, so I thought I'd share in case you couldn't either. I'm certain it is part of a series of similar stories entitled "Mothers Know!"

Stop me if you've heard this before:

A 3-Year-Old's Tea Party
    Someone had given a little girl a tiny 'tea set' as a gift, and it was one of her favorite toys. Daddy was home while Mommy was away one day, and he was in the living room engrossed in the evening news with Brother playing nearby when she brought him a little cup of 'tea', which was just water. After several cups of tea and lots of praise for such yummy tea, Mommy came home. Daddy made Mommy wait in the living room to watch as the little one brought him a cup of tea, because it was 'just the cutest thing!!'
    Mommy waited, and sure enough, here she came down the hall with a cup of tea for Daddy! Mommy watches him drink it up, then says to him, "Did it ever occur to you that the only place that baby can reach to get water is the toilet??"

    ....Mothers know!!

The Truth Hurts

A.K.A. "Why You Never Question A Drunk" -- Via E-mail --
I've heard this one before, but it makes me chuckle, and everyone needs a little bit of that on a Tuesday morning.

I was shopping at the local supermarket where I selected:


A half-gallon of 2% milk

A carton of eggs

A quart of orange juice

A head of lettuce

A 2 lb. can of coffee

A 1 lb. package of bacon


As I was unloading my items on the conveyor belt to check out, a drunk standing behind me watched as I placed the items in front of the cashier. While the cashier was ringing up the purchases, the drunk calmly stated, "You must be single."


I was a bit startled by this proclamation, but I was intrigued by the derelict's intuition, since I was indeed single. I looked at the six items on the belt and saw nothing particularly unusual about my selections that could have tipped off the drunk to my marital status.


Curiosity getting the better of me, I retorted: "You're actually right, but how on earth did you know that?"



The drunk replied, ''Cause you're ugly."

A-Peanut-Buttering Drunken Friends

The title is the alternative to A-Salting Drunken Friends, which also happens on many occ-Asians I'm sure!

So I was perusing my e-mail in the normal fashion, weeding through the bland trite forwards, when I happened upon a gripping little non-verbal tale of abuse, on, you guessed it, someone's little drunken Asian friend. They did a great job of spackling his ear and eye sockets completely full, then basking in the afterglow of a job well done!

The poor guy gets it pretty good: duct taped to the bed and to the Skippy jar... pretty much everything short of a dunce hat. Enjoy!
